Lux Future Lab closes its doors

Numerous startups have passed through its walls: the Lux Future Lab, incubator of the BGL BNP Paribas bank, located in the heart of the city on Boulevard Royal, was a key location for Luxembourg's startup ecosystem. Through Paperjam, we learn today its closure.

Although the article does not further detail the reasons for this decision, be they financial or strategic, it is obviously an iconic place in Luxembourg that will lower the curtain. Indeed, among the city's first incubators, this building had promoted many young companies that eventually made a breakthrough, both locally and internationally.

It is also where the founders of Legal Finder worked, together and separately, for several years. It was common to see the staff managing the incubator at startup events. It was therefore with obvious nostalgia that we learned the news, but with the certainty that the startups still domiciled there would quickly find a home among the new incubators in Luxembourg.
