Legal Finder updates its Terms and Conditions

Legal Finder has updated its Terms and Conditions. The new version will come into effect this Friday, September 10th.

This update was necessary to cover the latest developments and new websites that the startup has opened and intends to open (including the Belgian version of Legal Finder and the upcoming French version).

Among the main additions and changes:

• the coverage of the new websites (legalfinder.be, legalfinder.fr) by the Terms and Conditions
• new features (including SMS notifications and online payment of our bills)
• a better explanation of the booking request process, which also incorporates the latest developments in this area (including the second client validation before the process is complete)
• the addition of our chatbox as a means of contacting our company
• Emphasis on the fact that Legal Finder is free for clients but lawyers are still likely to charge them
• the random listing on the "Our Lawyers" page
• the possibility for the lawyer to report to our teams any problem encountered in the contact with a client, in particular so that we can try to resolve any inconvenience encountered

The rest of our Terms and Conditions has remained unchanged, in particular our pricing, the principle and purpose of our websites and our services. We remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.
