Legal Finder introduces its new guides

As you know, Legal Finder's mission is to help people access justice, and more generally to assert their rights. As part of this vision, we have just published two guides to help you better understand certain procedures in Luxembourg law.

First of all, we have added a guide to the [divorce by mutual consent in Luxembourg] procedure (https://www.legalfinder.lu/en/divorce-by-mutual-consent-in-luxembourg). This guide, which is the first in the category of Family Law guides, explains in detail the divorce procedure when both spouses agree on the terms of the divorce.

We have also added a guide on setting up a company in Luxembourg, which covers the basic steps for setting up and registering a company in Luxembourg. Again, this is a first guide to Company Law, and we will soon be adding further guides on the different legal forms your company may take, the procedure for obtaining an establishment permit, etc.

These guides will be added to our library of existing guides, which to date have mainly dealt with the choice of and initial discussions with a lawyer. We will soon be expanding our range of guides, and hope that they will help you better understand and assert your rights.
